On December 2, 2022, Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division arrested Blair Michael Williams, 31, of Bigelow, on charges of Felony (C) 5-27-602 Distributing, Possessing, or Viewing of Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child; Felony (C) 5-27-605 Computer Exploitation of a Child; Felony (C) 5-27-304 Sexually Explicit Conduct- Children, following a six-month investigation.  

On May 23, 2022, Mt. Vernon-Enola School District officials reported that they had terminated Williams as an employee for school policy violations. Following his termination, an audit of Williams' school issued accounts and equipment revealed suspicious activity that was immediately reported to the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office. 

This is still an ongoing investigation, and a search warrant was executed at Williams' place of residence today. We appreciate the Perry County Sheriff's Office for their assistance with the execution of the search warrant.
