New Promotion Spotlight: Corporal Taylor Sullivan

11/16/2022

Please join us in congratulating Taylor Sullivan on her promotion to Patrol Corporal!

Corporal Sullivan originally began her career with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office in 2012. She spent three years with FCSO before joining Conway Police Department, where she remained for several years. After two years on patrol with CPD, she was moved into the Criminal Investigations Division. She primarily worked Crimes Against Children, sex crimes, and cyber crimes. She was a part of many different task forces including Denied Innocents Task Force and National Child Protection Task Force. After three years in CID, she moved back to patrol. During her time with Conway PD, she met many goals and accomplished several milestones. She obtained an instructor certification and is now an adjunct instructor with Central ALETA. She also completed several certifications and trainings including Crisis Negotiations, Child First Forensic Interviewing, Advanced Supervision, and Firearms Instructor.

In late 2021, Corporal Sullivan took a position with the Arkansas Insurance Department, where she investigated insurance fraud. It didn't take long for her to realize she is most happy on patrol. Corporal Sullivan returned home to the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office in June 2022. Since returning, she has completed Field Training Officer School and became a member of the Crisis Intervention Team.

Congratulations on your promotion, Corporal Sullivan! We are proud to have you as a member of our team!
