FCSO Concludes Fall 2022 School Safety Sunday Initiative

09/11/2022

We hope you have enjoyed our Social Media School Safety Sunday Initiative as our children have started back to school. Even though our School Safety videos are ending for now, our commitment to keeping our children and school staff safe will not cease. We have excitedly partnered with the Greenbrier School District, and we are expanding our School Resource Officer program by two additional deputies who will be assigned in Greenbrier Elementary Schools. We hope the future will open up more opportunities to enhance the safety and welfare of students and school staff in Faulkner County.

Please remember:

  1. Drive safely, especially in the mornings and afternoons, keeping an eye out for children waiting at or leaving from bus stops!
  2. Don't drive distracted!
  3. Flashing Red, Kids Ahead; stop for school buses displaying flashing red lights!
  4. Drive safely and honor the posted speed limit in school zones when children are present!

Hope you have a great week!
Chief Deputy Chad Wooley
