Great news, Faulkner County! We are now hiring full-time Certified Patrol Deputies! While we are currently fully staffed on patrol, we are accepting applications for two potential openings within the next few months. Prior certification by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards or its equivalent from another state is required to apply for this position.

Thanks to the new salary adjustments approved by the Quorum Court in December 2021, the new starting salary for Entry Level Patrol Deputies is $40,560. Once transferred out of Entry Level, the salary will increase to $41,600. Applicants residing within a reasonable distance of Faulkner County are encouraged to apply.
