Please join us in welcoming Austin Thomas to the Patrol Division of Faulkner County Sheriff's Office.

Deputy Thomas was born in Conway, and, with the exception of six months in Pennsylvania, he has spent his life living in Faulkner County. He grew up in Greenbrier, and he played football, participated in agricultural programs, and competed with the mechanics team throughout school. After graduation from high school, Deputy Thomas attended the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, where he obtained two Associate degrees. He has a passion for restoring vehicles, and he helped his family open a shop focusing on the restoration of antique vehicles. They restored many vehicles, specializing in 1967-1972 Chevrolet trucks.

While in college, Deputy Thomas met his wife, Xena. They now have a wonderful baby girl named Eleanor. Deputy Thomas says that he looks forward to seeing where life takes them and the many memories they will create together.
