Spanish is the second most common language spoken in the United States and in Arkansas. It is extremely important for law enforcement officers to have a basic understanding of Spanish in order to communicate with our diverse population of people when they need our assistance. Last week, FCSO held a Spanish class open to both new recruits and current employees in an effort to help us all become more comfortable communicating.
