The new recruits currently participating in the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office New Hire Training Program have had a very busy few weeks. Recruits’ Daily PT has been increasing in intensity each day as they prepare for Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy. They take part in multiple types of PT that will prepare them for academy, and, more importantly, prepare them for their careers in law enforcement.
