Last week, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office notified the public that we were in process of upgrading our software systems, which would cause delays in several services including retrieving reports and other information. We have had several questions regarding the status of this upgrade and when citizens could expect our online roster to be updated. Technicians are currently working on pairing the online roster for the Faulkner County Detention Center with the new system upgrade. We expect roster services to be updated soon. We appreciate your patience with this matter as, once all upgrades have been completed, things will run much more efficiently for all of us. Thank you!
