Please join us in welcoming Deputy Juan Rivas to Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division!

Deputy Juan Rivas was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas, and he graduated from Conway High School in 2018. After graduation, he traveled to West Texas to gain experience in the oil fields. He was raised in a family of hard workers in the construction business, and he is the first in his family to pursue a career in law enforcement. Deputy Rivas has always had a strong desire to protect and serve the community. He looks forward to pursuing a long career with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office.

Deputy Rivas will graduate from Faulkner County Sheriff's Office New Hire Training & Orientation on July 15, 2022. He will then begin Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy on July 17, 2022.
