New Deputy Spotlight: Brant Haight

07/06/2022

Please join us in welcoming Deputy Brant Haight to Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division!

Deputy Haight grew up in Harrison, Arkansas. In 2017, he moved to Nevada, Missouri, to attend welding college. Once he graduated, he went to work on the pipeline as a welder, which took him all around the state of Oklahoma and some parts of Kansas. At the time, Brent's then-fiancée got accepted into UCA for a full-ride scholarship with hopes of pursuing a profession in the medical field. He decided to move to Conway to be closer to her. He worked a few welding jobs locally in Conway and realized he wanted to do something more - he wanted to try his hand at different career. Deputy Haight started working as a Detention Officer in late 2021, and he quickly worked his way up to Corporal. He has enjoyed his career in the Detention Center and is looking forward to his new role as a Patrol Deputy.

Deputy Haight will graduate from Faulkner County Sheriff's Office New Hire Training & Orientation on July 15, 2022. He will then begin Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy on July 17, 2022.

Congratulations, Deputy Haight! Welcome to the Patrol Division!
