We have some new deputies to welcome at Faulkner County Sheriff's Office! Please join us in welcoming Deputy Randall "Joe" Franks to our family! 

 

Deputy Franks has spent over 20 years in the military including 12 as Active Duty and 9 in the Army Reserves. While his primary job is as an Ammunition Specialist, he spent 3 years as a Recruiter while on Active Duty. During his service, he has been deployed 3 times. His current reserve unit is the 90th Sustainment Brigade at Camp Robinson. Joe earned his Associate's degree in Advanced Personal Training from the Swedish Institute, and he earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Arkansas. 

 

When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, 2 children, and 3 dogs. Together, they enjoy the outdoors and traveling. His hobbies include walking his dogs, exercising/running, and hanging out with his family.
