Deputy Clem grew up in a law enforcement family. The importance of good ethics and understanding others' needs was instilled in him at a young age. Working in law enforcement in the past, Dan has realized how critical it is to build relations in the community. He has found tremendous pride and fulfillment in being a success at it. Deputy Clem says that he cannot think of a better and more rewarding job than serving as a law enforcement officer in the state of Arkansas.
