Please join us in welcoming our new recruits to the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office. Each day this week leading up to their graduation, we will have a special spotlight feature on one of them. The spotlight feature today is on Recruit Shelby Watkins!

Recruit Watkins is a native Arkansan who has resided in Faulkner County for the past 21 years. She served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years as a Military Police Officer, and she has always had a passion for helping other people. She is excited to join Faulkner County Sheriff's Office and have the opportunity to help and serve the citizens of Faulkner County. She chose FCSO after reviewing the many programs we have implemented over the years to help our diverse population in Faulkner County. Recruit Watkins is a new first-time mother to her one-year-old daughter, Allison.
