New Recruits Participate in Spanish Class

01/11/2022

Muy bien, reclutas de policía.
Muchas gracias, Señora Wilson!

Spanish is the second most common language spoken in the United States and in Arkansas. It is extremely important for law enforcement officers to have a basic understanding of Spanish in order to communicate with our diverse population of people when they need our assistance. Today, new recruits participated in a Spanish class as part of the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office New Training Program. The recruits did a great job today! Special thanks to Sergeant Sumner, Maria Wilson, & Priscilla Wilson for teaching these new recruits!
