Please join us in welcoming a new Chaplain to Faulkner County Sheriff's Office. Shawn Fason was born in Conway and is a graduate of Conway High School. He loves his community and serves in many ways. Shawn has been in ministry for over 20 years. He is currently the pastor of Conway Missionary Baptist Church. He joined the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Reserve Unit in February 2020, and he was recently promoted to Sergeant. Shawn is also currently running for a public office in Faulkner County. He and his wife, Lesli, have been married for 22 years, and they have a daughter who is in junior high. Welcome into your new role with Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Reserve Sergeant Fason!
