Faulkner County Sheriff's Office is proud to announce the selection of Dispatcher Pearly Alarcon as the local Hero of the Month at First Community Bank in Conway. Pearly has worked for the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office since May 2019. Prior to that, she earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Arkansas Tech University. Even though dispatch was initially out of her comfort zone, Pearly has always dedicated herself and proven herself to be a true leader in the department. We are grateful to have this "Hero with a Headset" on our team!
