Faulkner County Sheriff's Office is again joining forces with Conway Police Department to host an Amnesty Day for Misdemeanor Warrants on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 7:00am to 12:00pm. If you plan to attend Amnesty Day, please call and let the jurisdiction you have the warrant with know that you will be there. This helps expedite the process and makes sure the paperwork for your warrant is at the courthouse. If you wish to plead not guilty, you will receive a trial date. If you wish to plead guilty, you will be set up with a payment plan that day! By choosing to participate in Amnesty Day, you can spend your holiday season warrant free. No bond money is required, and you have no fear of going to jail.
