The Arkansas Sheriffs' Association has established an Honorary Membership Program (ASAHMP) in an effort to strengthen the bonds between concerned citizens, businesses, deputies, elected Sheriffs, and the communities they serve. A non-profit, professional law enforcement and educational organization, the ASAHMP is dedicated to the preservation of peace and public safety of the people of Arkansas. This program is supported by private citizens who have chosen to demonstrate their support for good law enforcement by joining forces with their local sheriffs and becoming members of the Arkansas Sheriffs' Association Honorary Membership program.
