David Lamont Conley, 58, of Conway was arrested on June 16, 2020 for Failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements as a sex offender, a Class C Felony.

Mr. Conley was due to complete his 6 month verification on June 9, 2020 and failed to do so. He was currently out on bond for the same charge stemming from an incident in 2019 where he did not register a Facebook account that he was using. Mr. Conley has previously been charged and convicted of Failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements as a sex offender multiple times and is currently on parole.

David Conley is currently being held in the Faulkner County Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000 cash only bond.
