Changes to the Operations of the Sheriff's Office During COVID-19 Pandemic:

03/25/2020

Sheriff Tim Ryals' greatest concern is always about the well-being of his staff and the community - especially now with the current threat of COVID-19. As of March 24th, nonessential employees were asked to begin working from home in the hope of flattening the curve and stopping the spread of COVID-19. However, this change does not stop the operation of the Sheriff's Office - we are just changing the way we are handling certain aspects of our business, such as fine payments and reports.

At this time we are only accepting cashier's checks or money orders for fine payments. If you need to make a payment on your fine, there are two ways this can be done:

  1.     Mail your payment into the Sheriff's Office at 801 Locust St, Conway, AR 72034, Attn: Fines.
  2.     Go to the Sheriff's Office to make your payment; envelopes and a lock box have been provided for fine payments to be dropped off.

During this time, email is the most efficient way for our staff to better assist the public. If you need a copy of a report, please email information, such as name and report number to fcso.reports@fcso.ar.gov. For questions or information about warrants please email warrants@fcso.ar.gov.
