Richard Pendergrass, 33, was arrested 1/13/2020 with the help of the Faulkner and Pulaski County ACC Offices.
On January 9, 2020, Sex Offender Coordinator, Vanda Phillips, learned Pendergrass had been living in Faulkner County for approximately one month and had failed to inform the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Major Crime Unit of his move to the county.
Mr. Pendergrass was scheduled to meet with his Parole Officer in Pulaski County on Monday January 13, 2020 and was taken into custody for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a Class C Felony.
He was then transported to the Faulkner County Detention Center Unit Two.
He is currently still in jail awaiting first appearance on his charge.
