District Court Amnesty Day

03/26/2019

Judge Reynolds and Judge Carnahan have decided to hold another Amnesty Day!

The Amnesty Day will be held on April 16th, from 8:00am-12:00pm.  When anyone with an outstanding non-violent misdemeanor warrant from Faulkner County Sheriff's Office can appear in District Court and have your warrant served and see the judge the same day. This means not having to worry about bond money, not having to worry about sitting in jail and missing work, or having to worry about who is knocking on your door.

You can help expedite this process by making sure your paperwork is at the courthouse. All you have to do is call 501-450-4914, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, press option 3 for the Warrants Department, and let us know you will be in court on April 16th.

The only catch is if you are not checked in at District Court by 12:00 pm on the 16th, you will not be seen by the judge!

** We will post a list of names of people with non-violent misdemeanor warrants on our Facebook page**
