District Court Valentine's Day Amnesty Day!

02/06/2019

The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office is joining forces with Conway PD. Officer Little with Conway Police Department asked for an amnesty day and Judges Reynolds and Carnahan granted it!!
So this Valentine's Day love and forgiveness is in the air. On February 14 between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm anyone with outstanding failure to appear warrants from Conway and Faulkner County can appear in District Court and have your warrant served and see the judge the same day.
This means No jail time and NO warrant fee.
As Judge Carnahan put it, "I’d rather someone spend Valentine’s Night worrying about Cupid’s Arrow, than worrying if they are going to be picked up and go to jail for a minor traffic offense.”

To insure you don't spend your entire Valentine's Day in court, you can help expedite this process and make sure the paperwork for your warrant is at the courthouse by calling 501-450-6138 for Conway warrants and 501-450-4914, option 3 for Faulkner County warrants before February 14th.

If you see someone you know on the list, let them know the details! You'll have your business taking care of and out of court in time to enjoy your Valentine's Day!
