The Faulkner County Major Crime Unit is asking for your help in checking the welfare of Mrs. Elvia Fragstein.  Mrs. Fragstein was last seen leaving her residence in Wooster around 1:00 pm, in her 2013 silver Honda CRV.  She was suppose to return home by 4:00 pm, her last transaction shows her at T.J. Maxx in Conway around 3:30 pm. Mrs. Fragstein does not have a cell phone on her and she does take medication.
