On 8/25/2017 the FCSO arrested 39 year old Joshua M. Stockton of Little Rock, AR. Stockton has been charged with one count of Internet Stalking of a Child, a Class Y Felony, and one count of Theft by Receiving, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Undercover investigators began communicating with Stockton on or about 8/24/2017 after locating a suspicious online ad allegedly placed by Stockton. During those communications, Stockton allegedly made arrangements to meet an underage female at a predetermined location in Conway, AR for the purpose of having sexual intercourse. When Stockton arrived at that location, he was contacted by FCSO personnel and arrested. At the time of his arrest Stockton was found in possession of a cellular device, a ball-gag, clamps, and rope. Additionally, a temporary tag mounted in the rear glass of Stockton’s vehicle had been previously reported as stolen from a neighboring county.

On 8/27/2017 the FCSO arrested 78 year old Benny D. Taylor of Hot Springs, AR. Taylor has been charged with one count of Internet Stalking of a Child, a Class Y Felony.

Undercover investigators began communicating with Taylor on or about 8/24/2017 after locating a suspicious online ad allegedly placed by Taylor. During those communications, Taylor allegedly made arrangements to meet an underage male at a predetermined location in Conway, AR for the purpose of engaging in deviate sexual contact. When Taylor arrived at that location, he was contacted by FCSO personnel and arrested. At the time of his arrest, Taylor was found in possession of a cellular device, a cooler of iced down beer, multiple pairs of women’s panties, and personal lubricant. Additional items of evidence including hand written notes were seized from Taylor’s vehicle.

Stockton remains locked up at FCSO Unit 2 on a $75,000 bond and a court date of 9/18/17.  Taylor bonded out of FCSO Unit 2 on a $75,000 bond with a court date of 9/18/17.
