On 9/25/2016 Faulkner County Sheriff deputies responded to an address in Greenbrier, Arkansas in reference to an alleged sexual offense. The juvenile victim advised deputies that over a two to three month period, 25 year old Jesse Hale had sexually assaulted her.  The victim advised deputies that this happened in her bedroom at her father’s house at another address in Greenbrier, Arkansas where she lived at the time of the report. The victim reported to investigators her step-brother Jesse Hale had sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions.

On 6/21/2017, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the North Little Rock Police Department in locating Hale at his place of employment in North Little Rock. Hale was arrested by NLRPD and is currently at the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Unit 2 charged with Rape, a class Y felony.
