The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for Faulkner County today, Saturday, July 19, 2025, effective until 8:00pm. During this time, heat index values exceeding 110 degrees are expected. Please drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children, elderly, disabled individuals, and pets should never be left unattended in the heat. Heat stroke is an emergency!
