This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including providing network support to agency users, assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and providing solutions to problems, assisting in configuring and installing PCs, servers, network, and other hardware/software, tracking and managing assets and maintaining accurate records, and performing regular system maintenance and updates.  

The starting salary for this position will be $41,531.82. Applicants for this position should be a minimum of 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid Arkansas driver's license, be able to successfully pass a background check, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have solid organizational skills. IT experience is preferred including hardware, software, and operating systems.
