On 08-19-13 Deputies responded to a lead in the Mayflower area around 1:00pm. The deputies arrived in the area and spotted a black SUV with the two escapees, Joel Vermillion, and Stacy Wilson in the vehicle. The deputies tried to make a traffic stop that resulted in a pursuit. The pursuit led the deputies through Mayflower down Hwy 365 into Conway, where the escapees pulled over at Duncan Outdoors. The pair surrendered without incident. They are currently being interviewed by Investigators for more leads to Jonathan Jackson whereabouts. All three have Felony warrants for Escape entered into ACIC/NCIC.
