Good afternoon, Faulkner County! Representatives from Faulkner County Administrative Offices, Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Faulkner County Road Department, and Faulkner County Office of Emergency Management hosted a press conference today, Wednesday, January 8, 2025, to discuss winter preparation procedures in lieu of the impending Winter Storm. For the safety of all citizens and county employees, we urge you to stay home during inclement weather conditions. If you have to travel, please have necessary supplies and blankets with you. Also, please slow down, drive carefully, and expect delays due to poor travel conditions. If at all possible, however, follow Judge Allen Dodson's advice in this video: Stay home with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
