On 8/16/2016 at approximately 6:45 p.m., 30 year old Justin A. Jones of Bryant, Arkansas was arrested in Faulkner County and charged with one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Rape. Faulkner County Sheriff Investigators located a suspicious online ad on regarding inappropriate sexual contact.

Using an undercover profile, investigators established contact and communicated with Jones from 8/11/2016 through 8/16/2016. During those communications, Jones indicated he wished to have sexual contact with an underage female. Arrangements were made for Jones to travel to a predetermined location in Faulkner County.

When Jones arrived at that predetermined location he was contacted by FCSO personnel and placed under arrest. At the time of his arrest, Jones was found in possession of two cellular devices and a bottle of “Anaconda XL” male enhancement pills. Those items were seized.  

Jones was interviewed and transported to FCSO Unit 2 for booking. A bond amount and court date has not been determined at the time of this release.

This arrest makes 23 arrest for such crimes since December, 2015.
