Unfortunately, there have been some false rumors circulating today, August 2, 2024, alleging an escaped inmate. There have been no escapes from the Faulkner County Detention Center today. The individual seen by some citizens in the vicinity of Siebenmorgen Rd today was from behavioral health services, and the individual was apprehended by Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office and Arkansas State Police. There is no threat to the public.
