In the early morning hours on Friday, 5.27.16, undercover Faulkner County Sheriff Investigators arrested 47 year old Brian Neil Endsley of Heber Springs, AR. Investigators began communicating with Endsley on 4/25/2016 after he placed a suspicious online ad. During that contact, Endsley sent multiple images depicting sexually explicit conduct involving children.

While communicating with Endsley on 5/27/16, Investigators were able to obtain an accurate location and contact was made by FCSO personnel. Endsley was arrested in Faulkner County without incident. At the time of his arrest, multiple items of evidence were seized and included two (2) iPhones, multiple sets of women’s underwear, and a sex toy.

Endsley is currently charged with 5 counts of 5-27-602, Possessing, Distributing, Viewing Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child, a Class C Felony. This is an on-going investigation and additional charges are expected.
