On Tuesday 5/17/16 and Wednesday 5/18/16, "Operation Spring Clean," a random registered sex offender compliance check, was conducted with the help of Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office Investigators, Patrol Deputies, Reserves Deputies, Communications, and the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections Probation & Parole. "Operation Spring Clean" was coordinated by the FCSO Sex Offender Coordinator, Investigator Vanda Phillips.

Number of FCSO Sex Offenders: 158

Number of FCSO Sex Offenders we were able to verify or made contact: 127

= 80%

Below is a list of subjects who were taken into custody as a result of the operation.

1. Keith Fisher, 39 years old, (FCSO Sex Offender) was arrested at 71 Weaver Circle Vilonia, AR 72173 for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

2. William Chamlee, 50 years old, (FCSO Sex Offender) was arrested at 192 Grand Trunk Rd. Conway, AR 72032 for Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Firearms by certain persons, Possession of Controlled substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Approximately $1000 cash was seized from Chamlee.

3. Michael Wilkins, 29 years old, (FCSO Sex Offender) was arrested at 2 Whispering Oaks Conway, AR 72032 for Possession of Drug paraphernalia.

4. Jonathan Snuggs, 25 years old, (FCSO Sex Offender) was arrested at 50 Mt. Pleasant Drive Quitman, AR 72131 for outstanding warrants from another agency.

5. Reynaldo Maldonado, 64 years old, (FCSO Sex Offender) was arrested at 137 B Clinton Rd. Conway, AR 72032 for Failure to Comply with Reporting and registration requirements as a sex offender (Class C Felony) and Possession of Firearms by certain persons (Class D Felony) and Parole Violations. He will also be charged as a low habitual offender.

6. Clifford Lasker, 57 years old, (FCSO Sex Offender) Registered address 727 Hwy 365 Apt D8 Mayflower, AR 72106. Offender has not lived there since January 7, 2016. Offender registered on January 19, 2016 as living at this address. Lasker was charged with 1 felony count of Failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements and will also be charged as a low habitual offender. Lasker was arrested at his probation officer’s office.

7. Albert Salter, 46 years old, (FCSO Sex Offender) Registered address 11 Grassy Lake Rd. Mayflower, AR 72106. Offender has not lived there since March 2016. Offender registered November 13, 2015 at that address and was due to register again on May 13, 2016 and had failed to register at FCSO at the time of the operation. Salter was charged with 1 felony of Failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements. Salter was arrested at his probation officer’s office.
