FCSO Recruit Training with Sync Fitness

02/04/2024

Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office began 2024 with a new outlook on recruit training, combining all newly hired patrol, transport, court security, and detention officers into one new hire group. This effort to combine all officers across FCSO’s many branches builds camaraderie, mutual respect, and knowledge of multiple areas of law enforcement.

During Week 2 of the New Hire Orientation Program, trainees are introduced to many topics including physical fitness, mental health, case law, constitutional law, professionalism, de-escalation tactics, leadership, and more. The New Hire Orientation Program is a challenging but highly rewarding program for our recruits.

Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office wishes to extend our appreciation to Warren Martin and Sync Fitness for their continued support of law enforcement by providing us a top notch training facility. We also wish to express our appreciation to Josh Root with Eco Submissions for providing training, knowledge, and facility usage.

If you are interested in participating in this challenging New Hire Orientation program and have the desire to serve your community, submit an application today to one of the many divisions of law enforcement at Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office.
