Faulkner County Sheriff Investigators nab another would-be child predator.

 

On 4/14/16, Investigators located an online post regarding the solicitation of prostitution. Contact was made with the posting party and undercover investigators communicated with the suspect from 4/14/16 until the date of his arrest on 4/19/16.

 

67 year old Joseph Patrick Henry of Hot Springs, AR was arrested after arriving at a predetermined location in Faulkner County, AR for the purpose of having sexual contact with a minor. Henry is currently charged with the following charges:

 

Internet Stalking of a Child (Felony)

Poss. Of Controlled Substance-Marijuana (Misdemeanor)

Poss. Of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

Poss. Of Controlled Substance-Cocaine (Felony)

Poss. Of Drug Paraphernalia (Felony)

Prostitution (Misdemeanor)

 

At the time of his arrest, Henry was found in possession of a cell phone, a computer tablet, suspected illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, sex toys, condoms, lubrication, cleaning solvents, towels, mattress covers, shower curtain liners, under-pads, and other cleaning related items.
