Faulkner County Sheriff's Office implemented a Law Enforcement Wellness Program in 2022, and we have seen excellent results with that program thus far.  Physical fitness, mental health, and wellness are critical to law enforcement. A staggering statistic is that, currently, law enforcement officers have a life expectancy of only 66 years compared to 72 years for the average person. Sheriff Ryals cares for the employees of Faulkner County Sheriff's Office and the citizens we serve. As a result, he has taken an active role with the Wellness Unit, created a physical fitness program, and participated in the wellness program himself. At Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, we want to provide the greatest working environment for our offices and the highest quality deputies for the citizens of Faulkner County.
