New Promotion Spotlight: School Resource Officer Taylor Sullivan

Please join us in congratulating Taylor Sullivan on her promotion to School Resource Officer for Springhill Elementary School! 

School Resource Officer Sullivan grew up in Faulkner County, graduating from Conway High School. She started her law enforcement career in 2012 with the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office. She spent three years with Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office before joining the Conway Police Department. After a year on patrol with Conway Police Department, she was moved into the Criminal Investigations Division, where she primarily worked Crimes Against Children, Sex Crimes, and Cyber Crimes. She was also part of many different task forces including Denied Innocents Task Force and National Child Protection Task Force. She spent three years as a Detective before moving back to Patrol.

In May of 2022, Deputy Sullivan came back to the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office, where she was eventually promoted to the rank of Patrol Corporal. She has certifications as a Field Training Officer, Law Enforcement Instructor, Firearms Instructor, Less Lethal Instructor, Child Forensic Interviewer, and on Crisis Negotiation Team as well as the CART team.
