Please join us in welcoming Kaylob Boykin to the Patrol Division of Faulkner County Sheriff's Office.

Deputy Boykin is from a small town called Cherry Valley in northeast Arkansas. Since he was a young child, Kaylob knew he wanted to work in law enforcement. Kaylob was raised in a large family, and several of his family members served as law enforcement officers. Since other family members were convicted of crimes, Kaylob said that he was able to see both sides of the line, and, at a young age, he knew which side of the law he wanted to stay on. He firmly believes that everyone controls their own fate in life. Growing up in church, his grandmother was a pastor and accepted anyone into the church. He strives to be like his grandmother- very understanding and level-headed. At this point in his life, Deputy Boykin’s main goal in law enforcement is to build a stronger relationship with the community. He wants to help change the image of law enforcement that the media frequently portrays, and he is very excited to begin his journey with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office.
