As part of active and ongoing investigatory efforts by the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Nicholas Walls was arrested last night, Wednesday, September 6, 2023, during a search warrant for video voyeurism. Faulkner County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division located and seized approximately 11 grams of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia from Mr. Walls during the execution of the warrant. Mr. Walls was transported to the Faulkner County Detention Center, where he will remain housed pending initial court appearances on the following charges: 5-16-101 Video Voyeurism; 5-64-420 Possession with Purpose to Deliver, 5-64-443 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. As this is an open and ongoing investigation, additional charges may be reasonably expected at a later date. We will update the community further as additional information is available.
