The program, under the excellent leadership of Sheriff Ryals, Chief Deputy Wooley, & Training Commander Rappold, is a two-week intensive training designed to introduce new recruits to Faulkner County Sheriff's Office policies and procedures, constitutional rights afforded to citizens, community-oriented policing, diversity, building clearance procedures, responsible firearms handling, physical fitness, and many other topics.

Faulkner County Sheriff's Office was pleased to graduate these new recruits from the program. Please join us in congratulating these new recruits on this important step in their law enforcement careers. Welcome to Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Deputies Skyler Cox, Ethan Cresswell, Addison O’Neill, & Josh McKay. We are proud to have you as members of our team.
