On July 17, 2023, following a lengthy investigation by the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David Dickens, 41, of Conway, Arkansas. Mr. Dickens is charged with a single count of Capital Murder as a result of the death of a six-week-old infant in his care on March 2, 2023. Mr. Dickens was transported to the Faulkner County Detention Center, where he will remain housed pending court appearances.
