Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office was honored to be able to assist the City of Hope Outreach (CoHO) in a post-storm community cookout yesterday, Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Chief Deputy Chad Wooley, SRO Stephen Canino, & PIO Sherry Skaggs were able to help serve over 30lbs of hamburger meat, 100 hotdogs, popsicles, Gatorade, and water to community members who have been hardest hit by the storms earlier this week. Please keep our community in your thoughts and prayers during this heat wave as we still have some community members without power as a result of the storms. 

As a reminder, the City of Conway has opened the Don Owen Sports Center and the McGee Center as cooling centers. Information for these cooling centers is as follows:

Monday-Saturday - 7:00am to 9:00pm
Sunday - 1:00pm - 6:00pm
