Please join us in welcoming Dispatcher Matt Thompson back to Faulkner County Sheriff's Office!

Matt previously served as a Dispatcher with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office for 3.5 years. After leaving us for another full-time position at Snap-On Equipment, he stated that he missed helping his community as a dispatcher. As a result, he decided to join us again working as a part-time dispatcher. 

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Kyleigh, and their dog, Jackson. He said they really love watching Jackson stare out the windows at rabbits and squirrels, and they also enjoy how he gets the zoomies right before bed. In addition to family time, Matt enjoys playing video games and watching Buffalo Bills football. Matt, Kyleigh, and Jackson are excited to announce that they are expecting a baby in January 2024! 

Welcome back to Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Matt! We missed you, and we are very excited for you and Kyleigh as you welcome a new baby soon! We are proud to have you as a member of our team!
