We are now hiring Court Security Officers! Prior certification by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training (CLEST) with a minimum of a Specialized or Auxiliary Law Enforcement Certification is required to apply.

The 2023 starting salary for full-time Court Security Officers is $39,000 annually. Benefits include the following: paid medical, dental, and vision insurance; vacation, sick, and holiday time; APERS retirement after five years of service; a family working atmosphere; equal opportunity to excel; and administration with an open-door policy for all employees. Applicants must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License and be able to successfully pass a background check.
