Physical Agility Testing Records

Faulkner County Sheriff's Office implemented a physical fitness program for all certified personnel in 2022. The program, which consists of six separate events, was designed to produce and maintain deputies capable of fulfilling the tasks required of them. More importantly, it was created to promote physical and mental health awareness for our deputies. During the course of this testing, deputies have the ability to set records in each event. This promotes healthy competition and an incentive to go above and beyond the basic requirements. Please join us in congratulating the following record achievers:  

Original Records:
Deadlift, 20 reps of 405lbs: Tommy Hall
90 Push-ups in 1 minute: Marcus Baker
6:36 Plank: Austin McGee
6:06 Minute Mile: Juan Rivas
0:32 Shuttle Run: Doug Welter
0:46 Second Obstacle Course: Landon Rappold

New Records: 
Deadlift, 25 reps of 405lbs: Tommy Hall
105 Push-ups in 1 minute: Todd Aitken
10:00 Plank: Maggie Ragland
0:28 Second Shuttle Run: Doug Welter
0:38 Second Obstacle Course: Brandon Jones

Brandon Jones is the first to achieve a perfect 600 points by scoring 100 points in all events. His results were as follows:
Mile: 6:26
Push-ups: 103
Plank: 8:00
Obstacle Course: 0:36
Shuttle Run: 0:30
Dead lift: 405lbs x 3

All of our deputies have put in an amazing effort to improve themselves. Overall, deputies improved scores by 2,464 points across the board.
