Winter Weather Conditions Update

Good afternoon, Faulkner County! We continue to be under an Extreme Cold Warning and Winter Storm Warning at this time. The Faulkner County Road Department continues to work around the clock to clear roadways. We strongly advise residents to avoid travel if at all possible for their safety as well as the safety of our first responders. It will take a few days to clear all of the roadways, and residents should be aware that the freezing temperatures will continue to make travel even more dangerous throughout the evening and early morning hours. If travel is unavoidable at this time, please be extremely cautious, go slow, and maintain a safe distance from those around you.

We encourage you to check on friends, relatives, and neighbors during these dangerous conditions. The City of Conway continues to have the following available Warming Centers for those in need of assistance:
