School Resource Officer Spotlight: Deputy Brandon Jones

Faulkner County Sheriff's Office is pleased to introduce the public to the new School Resource Officer for Mount Vernon-Enola Elementary School, Deputy Brandon Jones!

Deputy Jones has been assigned to the Patrol Division of the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office for the past three years, and he is excited to be beginning this new endeavor as a School Resource Officer. He stated, "Being an SRO, to me, means more than enforcing rules; it means building trust with students, offering guidance, and helping create a safe school environment". He is looking forward to growing in his communication skills, responsibility, and understanding of how to support students and staff in a positive way.
