Faulkner County Sheriff's Office is proud to begin National Police Week by recognizing recent promotions. Please join us in congratulating Cody Morgan on his promotion to Patrol Corporal!

Corporal Morgan is originally from Texas, and he moved to Arkansas in 2008. He was raised in a family deeply connected to public service, with close influences in law enforcement, firefighting, and the military. Those early experiences instilled in him a strong respect for the dedication, discipline, and sacrifice required to serve one's community effectively. He brings over a decade of experience as a firefighter, and he currently serves in the Army Reserves- both of which have strengthened his leadership skills, resilience, and commitment to teamwork. He started his career in law enforcement to honor his grandfather's legacy and to follow his dream, and he has continuously sought opportunities for professional growth and advanced training. His dedication led him to join the Special Response Team (SRT), where he earned certification as a sniper, an achievement that reflects his focus, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure. Corporal Morgan is passionate about leadership and takes pride in motivating and mentoring fellow deputies to exceed standard expectations. He believes in fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the department. Outside of work, Corporal Morgan values spending quality time with his family, friends, and his two dogs. He enjoys outdoor activities as well as playing video games, which provide a balance to his career and an opportunity to remind him of what truly matters in life each day.

Congratulations on your promotion, Corporal Morgan! We are proud to have you as a member of our team!
