New Deputy Spotlight: Keagan Voss
Please join us in welcoming Deputy Keagan Voss to the Patrol Division of Faulkner County Sheriff's Office.
Born to a military household in North Carolina in 2002, Deputy Voss said that discipline, sacrifice, and service were always fundamental parts of life for him. His father served in missions during his early childhood, and it provided Deputy Voss with a deep respect for people who dedicate themselves to protect others. From a young age, he admired the idea to serve something greater than himself. Deputy Voss stated that those experiences fundamentally shaped his values as a person- notably the values of accountability, hard work, and loyalty. During high school, Deputy Voss was heavily involved in football, baseball, and track, activities which taught him the importance of teamwork, leadership, and discipline. These activities challenged him physically and mentally, and they helped to build the work ethic that guides him to date.
After graduating from high school during the COVID-19 pandemic and missing many senior milestones with his classmates as a result, Deputy Voss stated that he was unsure of his career path at first. However, after working a few positions in the service industry and moving to Conway in 2025, he was hired at the Faulkner County Detention Center. In January 2026, he completed the Jail Standards course with Faulkner County Detention Center, and he decided to complete the Auxiliary Deputy training course shortly after. This class further cemented his goal to work within the patrol division. Deputy Voss stated that he is ready for the challenges that come with this next step, and he is excited to serve his community.
Outside of work, Deputy Voss enjoys producing EDM music, hiking, and fishing. He states that these have been hobbies that he has enjoyed for as long as he can remember and they provide him entertainment and relaxation alike!
Welcome to the Patrol Division of Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Deputy Voss! We are proud to have you as a member of our team!
